About Independent Technologies Inc.

After many years of building complete custom street rods for themselves and local customers, Independent Technologies Inc. was formed in 1995 by two machinists and life-long hot rodders who wanted to build high-quality, strong and attractive front suspensions for their own street rods. Independent Technologies was incorporated in 1997.

IT's front suspensions are made with 1" diameter ¼" wall tubing. This provides greater strength and more durability. We also believe in paying attention to small details such as the upper and lower control arm bolts. We machine these bolts in order to hide the Hex head bolts. This results in a more attractive suspension system.

In the past few years, IT has expanded into manufacturing frames and rolling chassis for Model A Fords and front suspensions for all car manufactured in 1934 and before.
